military: clifford has enrolled into the military and is going through the proper training. he is a private in the first cavalry division. as well as this, clifford is a machine gun operator for the third division of the third infantry division- but more as a wild card, there if they really need more soldiers. so like a wild card.police force: also training to be a police officer. so he is a police officer in training.

He loves to taunt people, to say the least. Along with this, he tends to be disrespectful to people with some exceptions. Very respectful to his superiors, to the people he works with and such of the like. And his friends to though they tend to be party animals and such, so when he is off work? Partying though he does try to abide by the law during those times too.Also pretty rude if he doesn't like you, one can say Clifford is sharp-tongued or something of the like. Yet he can be quite the sweetheart when one gets to know him, so getting past rough features of him is good if you really want to see the good side of him. One of the people that 'dont judge a book by its cover' pertains too.
He is also caring towards the people and the pokemon he is close and friends with but when he is stressed and very busy, then he isn't really as caring as he should be. Considering it compiles stress and worry onto him.

Born and raised in a large family but the only child to his parents were pretty nice. adoption thread here.HISTORY.
Born and raised to two loving parents in Sinnoh, Clifford grew up with a rather easy life. Able to play around, no siblings, free to do whatever he wanted but not liked by other children due to his large ego and how 'lucky' he seemed to be. At age of five, he was given Laeleaps, a white lillipup who is still his companion, for his birthday. Exactly a year later, sadly Clifford's luck ran out. Driving home from a good time to celebrate Clifford's sixth birthday, the car spun out of control before stalling- teetering on the edge of a cliff.
Told to get out, Clifford hurriedly did so but with his movements and the weight that left the car? The car fell right over, into the freezing rapids below. Bodies were never found and Clifford blames himself for their death.
It was a major change and large hit to his ego, having to move to a different region to live with his grandmother and later his cousin. Not knowing anyone and eventually gaining back his old ways. Laeleaps was one of his few friends but he was given a Ponyta from a relative at the age of eight.
He named him Arion and trained him well, evolving him into a Rapidash. The two are close, but not on the same best friend terms as him and Laeleaps.
Seeing how well he did with Arion, the same relative decided to give him Medusa and Charybdis. At the time, a Glameow and an Eevee. Later evolved to a Purugly and a Sylveon, both Clifford's friends.
At the age of sixteen, after his cousin left the house, he decided what he wanted to do with his life. Military, Police, Action- those things. So filling out the proper false paperwork and lying about his age, Clifford went out and faced the real world.
