General i. Respect. Keep in mind we are a family-oriented site, where everyone that joins is a member of our family. We respect our family, and we expect everyone to respect each other. Also, do not tell staff how to do their jobs. ii. drama. complaining about something happening in your life is normal and necessary to reduce stress. We understand this, however, we do not allow any heavy drama on-site to cluster up our cbox. If you feel the need to complain about how our site works or what one member did that made you angry, take it to PM's. iii. site images. avatars are 150x150, cbox avatars will resize to 40x40. there is a secondary avatar within the profile that is 200x300 and will show up in your mini-profile. Signatures may not exceed 500x400. in your profile, you will also find fields labeled pokemon 1, pokemon 2, etc. you will put the party sprites of your current team in there. these sprites can be found on bulbapedia and various other resources. iv. advertising. do not advertise anywhere except the advertising sections. Not only is this annoying, but it is also rude. On the same note, do not come here to ask member to return to another site. This is very rude and we will never do this to you, so do not do it to us. v. PG-13. we are a PG-13 site, thus, we do not allow explicit sexual content, violence, or cursing. Your characters and you can curse, but keep it to a PG-13 minimum. For sexual content, you must fade to black and take it offsite. As for violence, some is allowed but do not go into heavy detail. Account i. One account per character. we are a one account per character site, so this means you need one account for every character you intend to make. Your account name should be your OOC name with a number after it, example: dew1, dew2, dew3 are acceptable sign-up names. Your visible name should be FIRST NAME LAST NAME. special exceptions of this rule are for asian names or any other languages that have a different format. or, well, characters who are an elf or dark one since they only have a first name. ii. money. the site currency cannot be traded between accounts, as in, you can not give money on character A's account to character B. Character B must make it themselves. Pokemon and items can be traded unless they are considered "stuck" to the account. iii. trackers. you must use the trackers to track the Pokemon you have captured and their levels. If you do not have a tracker linked in your mini-profile you will not be allowed to rp. iv. canons. Only three canons per member. These canons can not be in the same group. Ex: you can claim a gym leader, but you can not claim an Elite member. You can have a gym leader and then a canon elf or dark one. Chat-Box i. all of the above. follow all of the general rules, basically. linking to other sites counts as advertising. ii. No pestering. we have a tag box for a reason. Use it. we also have a staff summoner. Use that too. iii. Midnight plotting. This refers to any time, and while we love plots that suddenly develop, be sure to take them to a plotting page or to PM's. filling the chat with plots between two characters clogs the chat and leaves many people out. if you have that amazing idea, talk about it in a plotter or via pms so everyone can continue talking about cat gifs in the chat.
