history Neronia was nothing more than a peasant in the dark tunnel system that made up the Dark Ones underground territory. He had little going for him, no source of money, and his parents were thinking about abandoning him. Instead, however, they were given the opportunity to sell their toddler child to the "cause." They gave up their son for money, though they never received their money. His parents were killed, and their son was taken away, never to be seen again. At least, he wasn't to be seen until five decades later when he woke up. He had been in a sort of cryogenic sleep for nearly fifty years as his body developed and came to accept the cruel experimentation. Out of all the Dark Ones used for experimentation, he was one of the few to make it out alive. He was one of the few successes in an amoral research facility located deep underground with technology that could have been used to better their peoples' conditions. Instead, it was used to find a way to create the ultimate creation. And, in a way, they succeeded. Neronia was strong, far stronger than any Dark One. What he lacked in magic he made up for in strength, brute force, cunning, agility, and power. They trained him to be a killer, all while performing countless other experiments on the boy to see just how far they could go. They ended up with an obedient dog who would tear the head off of anyone he was commanded to. They had created a killer, a tool for destruction... A monster. Oh, you flatter me! One of the scientists took enough of an interest in him that he was educated far beyond what they would teach the others (which was, literally, nothing since a smart dog would think for itself). He was taught language, writing, reading, history, politics, math--if the scientist could teach him, they did. Not only did he become their ultimate creation but he came capable of thinking for himself, for adaptability and quick thinking. When the war broke out and he was able to finally see the blinding light of day, his skills were finally put to the test as they released him to fight. Red made his path. During the war, the underground facility he had originally been kept in was destroyed. He was left without a place to return to, and he almost didn't know what to do. So, he decided to take a tip from the history tomes and make something of himself. He began to worm his way into the hearts of others, getting them to trust him and swear loyalty to him, and, slowly, he began to grow his own organization from the roots up. He placed himself at the top, ruling over these subjects like a self-proclaimed monarch. the other half Neronia is actually one of the few remains of the Dark Ones experimentation on their own kind. Due to his mixture of blood, he has a prolonged lifespan, he has ceased to age back in his teens, and he has the strength of a prehistoric beast. The only downside is that he cannot use magic. Ah, and, let's not forget that he was not graced with the wings of his Pokemon counterpart. He was, however, giving the strong jaw of an Aerodactyl, and his bites are much, much harder than they would appear. His jaw can lock, and his teeth were meant for tearing.
