I can barely control this feeling, look at the murder in my eyes, then count to five . . . | Corvin couldn't help but let a chuckle escape his lips. It was a tad hysteric sounding but after all these years it's just what his laughter sounded like. His mind and body were more than a little twisted by his choice of profession. A fact he was quite proud of since it proved his dedication to Elder Death. The dark haired man curled a finger against his lips as he tried to keep his chuckles to a low level before he started cackling out right in the hallway. It was no one else's business to see just why he was so happy. Raj gave his master a studying look but kept his place at Corvin's side. The absol had seen a lot worse and this was more or less normal. Corvin padded down the hallway a bit longer before spotting the door he was looking for. Not waiting to see if there was anyone on the other side or even someone inside that would prefer to retain their peace and quiet, he shoved the door open and charged inside. Corvin pivoted on one foot and spun while reaching into the sleeve of his robes. A softly glowing red orb was held in his hand. It was a perfect sphere and shiny. Did it possibly have magical powers? Perhaps? Was it important and powerful? Well, no. Corvin was positive it would amount ot nothing more than a pretty paper weight but it was still pretty and he had a few ideas on a new use for this gem. Hence why he'd burst into the library. Corvin hummed a rather off beat song and took to the shelves. He needed to gather some materials and an assistant to go through all the boring books for him. Perhaps he should have found that assistant first? Corvin eyed the tables nearby looking for any possible victims. @open |
